Assessments

One of the most critical services we provide comes via assessments. This is a massive area of service because we need to ensure that we have the objective and subjective tools to properly identify and/or develop your talent. Additionally, properly conducted assessments are the only way to baseline where you are with respect to wellness, communications and outcome focus, the other three cornerstones.

Without knowing this, it is not possible to most effectively construct a customized program to maximize your talent.

Since no two people are identical, then no two organizations are, so we need to have the resources to build the most effective assessment possible.

Some of the tools we offer:

  • Testing for Jungian-based personality traits, judgment, decision making ability, productivity measurements, emotional intelligence, and strengths. We have the ability with many of these tests to create both individual and group composites.
